This old-west styled wanted poster is culture-shock humor, 
yet relates the origin of the teaching authority behind the practices of Christianity. Constantine's Nicene Council in 325 CE set forth the date for the pagan celebration of Easter, and the doctrine of a trinity to explain that there are three persons, and yet still one. 
Athansius of Alexander brought forth this as the defining universal belief of Catholicism.
