KUMERAN

The greatest archaeological discovery of the 20th century was at Qumran, in 11 caves on the northwestern shores of the Dead Sea: the Dead Sea Scrolls (DSS). It’s 13 miles east of Yerushalayim, and 5 miles from where Yahukanon immersed people in the Yarden River.
