YAHUSHA’S YOKE: THE OLD PATHS YirmeYahu / Jer. 6:16 relates the same idea we see expressed by Yahusha: “Come to Me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I shall give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am meek and humble in heart, and you shall find rest for your beings. For My yoke is gentle and My burden is light.” Mt. 11:28-30 Rest is “relaxation”, and is seen in all of us who have the sign of the everlasting Covenant: the Shabath. Shabath literally means “rest”, and therefore relaxation.
